SPECIAL ORDER

If you can't find the product you are looking for in our online store, we may be able to special order it for you provided the product is available from one of our distributors or the manufacturer.

Please complete the Special Order Request Form to email us with your request for a special order. 

You will receive a reply within three to five business days.

If the product you want is available, we will provide information so you order the item our store/ Special order Section.

Special Order items may require a refundable deposit or a non-refundable deposit.

Please note that special orders will not be taken over the telephone.

When your Special Order item(s) arrives at the store, a sale associate will send e-mail  and let you know your order is available for order.

Special Order items require an average of 2 to 7 business days to arrive in store, but this timeframe may vary by product.

Special Order items are ordered according your specifications

The SPECIAL ORDER REQUEST SUBMIT is exclusively used when only ordering items not listed at our web site.
